Yono Sabo was established in 2024 by a group of dedicated friends with a deep passion for culinary experiences, exceptional beverages, and an inviting atmosphere. Our ambition was to create a unique mexican focused bistro – a venue where innovative food is paired with fantastic cocktails with the high level of service and familiar ambiance characteristic of a traditional bistro.
